Joseph J. Sisca, Jr. |
Joe,Jr., together with his father, Joseph J. Sisca, Sr., founded The Sisca Group. Father and son were responsible for the construction of hundreds of millions of dollars of completed projects which have included shopping centers, condominium developments, senior and low income housing, educational buildings, government facilities, financial institutions, corporate facilities, class A office spaces, manufacturing and warehousing, and one of a kind luxury homes. |
Lorraine has been a part of The Sisca Group since the beginning in 1972 and her talent and efforts were part of why and how the businesses grew and prospered. Presently as Sr. VP and CFO, Lorraine directs overall project management, contract administration, and home office operations. |

A member of the bar in NY and NJ, Joe negotiates and drafts construction contracts, procures construction financing, oversees all legal issues involving real estate, development and construction. In addition, Joe puts together development deals and projects. Prior to joining The Sisca Group, Joe practiced real estate and construction law including litigation. He also had five years of construction Project Manager experience including all phases of construction of a $10mm senior citizen housing project in Wayne, NJ and construction projects in lower Manhattan. |
