Sisca Northeast Scores Four C/O's in One Month JULY, 2009--Four Sisca Northeast construction projects comprising roughly 110,000 square feet and some $ 20MM in value were granted certificates of occupancy during a single four week period in Spring 2009. The projects, spanning four counties located across two states, were: The Masters School Faculty Housing, Spring Valley (NY) Site 3 Affordable Senior Housing, the New Canaan (CT) Ambulance Corps building and the New Fairfield (CT.) Senior Center.
