With over $800 million worth of construction experience, the Sisca resume includes the development of shopping centers, commercial (office, retail, warehouse) buildings, schools, medical facilities, lending institutions, condominiums/townhouses, and residential homes.

In addition to construction, the Sisca Group performs all aspects of real estate development, which includes acting as the owner, developer, construction manager/general contractor and property manager. We also provide property management services.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: JJ Sisca and Associates Building Corporation currently manages more than a million square feet of commercial real estate, including retail such as Lakeview Plaza, shown at left, and Orchard Ridge Corporate Park, pictured below, which is a 162,000 square foot Office/Warehouse/Laboratory complex, located in Brewster, NY. Both were built by Sisca Northeast, Inc.
