The Sisca Group is comprised of privately owned general contracting, construction management, real estate development and property management companies, which include J.J. Sisca & Associates Building Corporation and Sisca Northeast Inc. With over $800 million worth of construction experience, the Sisca resume includes the development of shopping centers, commercial (office, retail, warehouse) buildings, schools, medical facilities, lending institutions, condominiums/townhouses, and residential homes. The Sisca Group has earned a reputation thoughout NY, NJ, and CT for integrity, quality of work, safety, on time delivery and customer satisfaction. We enjoy long, mutually productive relationships with our suppliers, subcontractors and customers. In addition to construction, the Sisca Group perform all aspects of real estate development, which includes acting as the owner, developer, construction manager/general contractor and property manager. We also provide property management services. Our current management portfolo includes more than one million square feet of commercial real estate. |
